Cyborc never likes to resort to fighting, and tries to make peace when he can, but it seems like this is the work of some evil. Realizing it is time to embrace his orcish side, he pulls out his battleaxe and helps defend the ambushed men. Using his brute strength against the lightly clothed, and arrogant, wizard nearby him, he cleaves on of her arms in a critical and lucky blow, forcing her to wail. "Shit, we weren't expecting this green lummox to be here!" spat the cleric, trying to ward of the men as they focused on her. Seeing that the tiefling was attempting more spells despite her disfigurement, Cyborc sighed and took the blunt end of his axe to her. Because of the suddent shift in numbers, the cleric was quickly subdued. The men heaved in air heavily after the battle was won, and soon started to mourn their fallen comrade. Cyborc grabbed the pouch of coin still on the tiefling and handed it to the leader of the group. "Give me that!" He snatched the bag out of Cyborc's hand. "We're done with this place!" Ignoring Cyborc, they picked up their dead friend and left.

Cyborc searched the bodies of the two women, finding scrolls and markings similar to the ones present on the artifacts. Putting the pieces together, he realized a cult must be up to something nefarious, invoking evil gods and hiding all evidence of their activities. Entering the mill, he finds more information, instructions and maps, detailing the presence of the temple and the rituals to be performed. Cyborc's eyes widen; these cultists are absolutely insane! They want to summon Tharizden and have the world destroyed! Feeling renewed with a sense of purpose, Cyborc goes to find fellow adventurers; he cannot do this alone!
