Investigating the Inn of the Welcome Wench

Cyborc lumbers into the Inn of the Welcome Wench; every good novel has told him information is to be found at the local watering hole. He seems to have caught the dusk crowd, the inn's bar area lively with men and waitresses. Many have weapons propped near by or slung on a belt, looking to be a mix of the local watch and mercenaries. Cyborc receives a few strange glances as he walks among the loosely populated tables. He notices open hallways that lead to rooms and a common area with bunks, and a full adjacent kitchen. Taking a seat in an abandoned part of the bar, Cyborc hears a hushed conversation behind him as he tries to get the attention of the bartender. From the corner of his eye he notices a shifty, hooded character leave their room and lock the door behind them, quickly exiting the building from a back entrance. What should Cyborc do?
